Problem :Trying to understand the challenges of self-assisted senior citizens in doing medical checkup and general companionship to overcome loneliness. Hence creating a solution for them
The reason to choose is not one but many. Many in terms of real-life situations or experience of senior people around me. In today’s era of immensely busy lifestyle and career options which take most of us away from our parents and family members. This has created a void in the life’s of the senior citizens of our family and that includes our parents, grandparents etc. living far away the main concern which haunts us is not the lack of money but the lack of assistance to take them for medical check ups during their illness and time to time monitoring of their entire wellbeing be it physical or mental.
Solution :
This project proposes a simple yet correlated approach for users in operating an app with low friction navigation, the main purpose is to seek help and assistance through reliable registered care givers.
Challenge :
The main challenge in terms of design lies in achieving the right balance between minimalism and visual interest as well as clean and clutter free approach. whereas in terms of user experience the clear convey of message and navigation with minimal confusion .the remaining factor is the trust factor which is time dependant.
Summary :
To sum up this is an attempt to assist the elder generation in a pressure free reliable way where they can easily complete a task journey without any outside help.
As per that preliminary primary research it can be concluded shortly that this situation is reversal at a beginning stage and that can be done by this fresh attempt to fill the gap. At least trying to substitute the gap with technology.
